Yes. Twenty minutes by phone, video or in my office to understand your situation and tell you whether I can help.

Most matters are a fixed fee agreed in writing after the consultation. Where that is not possible I give you an estimate and a cap.

I will. A paralegal helps with filing and scheduling, but every decision and every conversation about your case is mine.

Within one business day, usually sooner. If something is urgent, say so in the first line of your message.

Any documents you have, a short timeline of events and a list of questions. Do not worry if it is incomplete.

I will tell you on the call and, where I can, introduce you to a colleague who is.

Yes. Video consultations are the same as in-person ones, and documents can be signed electronically.
